Jubilees
The Book of Jubilees — also called 'Little Genesis' — retells the events of Genesis and Exodus through an angelic revelation to Moses on Mount Sinai. It divides history into periods of 49 years (jubilees) and provides the sacred calendar. Preserved only in Ge'ez, it is a cornerstone of the Ethiopian biblical tradition.
